The Profiles folder contains camera-specific (.dcp extension) profiles that you created using the DNG Profile Editor or X-Rite ColorChecker Passport plug-in, or older camera-specific profiles created by third-parties such as VSCO or RNI Films.

This whole faux analog aesthetic is pathetic. People are spending hundreds on apps for retro overlays while the actual film stocks that these presets (attempt) to emulate are slowly disappearing from the market. An SLR and a lens can be had for peanuts, yet people are quicker to dismiss that shooting process in favor of hours on their asses in front of Lightroom. Why are you going to spend absurd amounts of money on a digital camera, only to apply these filters, when you could have just shot film instead? This is just lazy and unambitious.
Next in line is VSCO Film. These revolutionary VSCO presets and camera profiles work very well with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw. There are custom camera profiles available for different camera brands namely Canon, Fuji, Leica, Nikon, Olympus, and Sony. This VSCO film plugin has many presets that come in packs, each pack based on a particular theme. These presets have very versatile saved settings, that give a perfectly shade to the photo, make bright colors, and soft tones.
Like VSCO, Mastin Labs presets use custom colour profiles to calibrate their film simulations to various camera makes, however they directly support less manufacturers than VSCO did. Specifically they support Canon, Nikon, Fuji X (except the X100) and Sony.
