Half Life Non Steam Patch Download

I have a wierd problem. The only patch that works for me is 3.0 and if I add any other patch to it and play it, a dumb message pops up saying, "could not load libary, C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Half-Life/hl_nl/cl_dlls/client.dll"
Speaking as someone who prefers console gaming to PC gaming (though I love both), modern console gaming is mostly pretty bad too. Games are largely unimaginative, simplified so that any casual person can play through them with little thought, and concentrate far too much on great graphics and having a 'movie like experience'. And console gamers, like PC gamers, are treated as unpaid beta testers. Actually, we ourselves pay the companies to let us beta test their games - I bought Spiderman 2018 (PS4) on the day of release, and had to spend nearly an hour installing it (46 GB or so, I can't remember the exact figure), plus a day one patch of more than half a GB had to be downloaded (fortunately, simultaneously with the install) - I don't know how anyone without a 'net connection would get on, does the patch fix serious, game ruining bugs or what?
Double-click to enter the DF folder, then the DAGGER folder. Copy DAG213.EXE patch downloaded earlier and paste into the DF/DAGGER folder. This folder should look like below.
For the last few versions, patch notes and downloads have been mirrored to our GitHub Releases page. Starting from upcoming July builds, our Releases page will be the official site to find new builds of Daggerfall Unity. Live Builds will be retired and redirect to Releases.
If this is indeed your problem, download the libnss-sss package from Ubuntu's repository [15], extract the libnss_sss.so.2 from the downloaded package, and place it at /.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Stellaris. The game should now load properly.
Note all missing librarys and try installing them from the standard repositories and the AUR. If after that you are still missing librarys you can search on the web for them and download corresponding packaged .rpm x86 (32bit) files and extract them into steamapps/common/Tomb\ Raider/lib/i686/ to provide the missing librarys. Run ldd again and see whether you have all the necessary librarys installed. If there are no more missing librarys and the added librarys are of the correct version, architecture and 32/64bit word length and are placed on one of the the linkers search paths then the game should work. 2ff7e9595c
